Service Description

A balanced pairing of two different disciplines of asana (yoga postures). Fusing together the Yin style of long held passive poses & Vinyasa (yang) style of dynamic movement. Yin is beneficial to stretch your connective tissues and promote healthy joints, increase circulation and improve flexibility, while the Vinyasa flow helps to strengthen and invigorate the body and mind. This is a great way to explore the opposite energies within ourselves, and to cultivate a practice that leaves us feeling relaxed, yet strong.
