Moving with your breath doesn’t always mean moving quickly. The slow pace of a Slow Flow Vinyasa allows you to challenge the depth in your practice by fine tuning your alignment and form. Mindfully move and breathe through a slow sequence for strength, flexibility, and alignment while finding longer holds in postures. Poses can be refined and strengthened, without feeling rushed into the next move, next breath, or next pose. Slow flow allows a person to become familiar with their body, create a reflective pause, and find time to go inward. You will explore your edge, yet still feel a relaxed and renewed experience.
