You'll lie comfortably on your mat, supported by props such as blankets and bolsters, as you're led through a calming sequence of breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization. This practice helps release physical tension, reduce stress, and support emotional balance. 

Yoga Nidra is accessible to everyone - no prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary. It's an excellent tool for anyone looking to relax more deeply, sleep better, or simply reset after a busy week.
