Yoga for Men is a 4 week series designed specifically for men new to yoga, or looking to get back to your practice. The series will help you learn the basics of yoga in a non-intimidating environment that's guy-friendly. The postures include modifications for guys who are inflexible.

Focus is on alignment for the male body, increasing flexibility, being comfortable in any yoga class, adding yoga poses to your current workout routine, and stress reduction.
