Tea Ceremony

Join Sarah for a nourishing, mid-winter tea ceremony. Tea ceremonies offer a unique opportunity to practice mindfulness and awaken all 5 senses through the act of drinking tea. We will start with a meditation, then take our time as we fully engage with the tea making process, learn about the healing benefits of the tea blend itself, and end by sipping tea in community. Small snacks, in addition to both herbal and green tea, will be provided. Minimum of 5 registrants required for event to take place. $40
