Sound Bath

This 75-minute escape begins with focus on the breath, accompanied by sacred drumming. As we

establish our group energy field the vibrations shift to the soothing sound of crystal and brass singing

bowls. Our journey will close with the melodies of chimes as we return to our Self.

The intention for this event is that you will have an experience. What kind of experience is totally up

to you! Through intention, deliberate breathing and meditation, we will create an energy field that has

the potential to facilitate the experience of non-ordinary states of awareness. No prior experience

necessary. No outside agents needed. All of this work is done with your breath and your mind…and

a little help from the soothing vibrations of the crystal bowls!

The crystal bowls are tuned to 432Hz, a factor of the Earth’s resonant frequency, as well as the 7

primary chakras. The specific frequencies of the bowls cause the cells in our body to vibrate

facilitating the release of stuck and stagnant energy. As this ‘old’ energy begins to move and shift,

‘fresh’ healing energy begins to circulate through the mind, body and Spirit promoting deep, multi-

dimensional healing.
