About the event
We begin simply — body on the floor, supported and held. Yin yoga works with time and sustained stress to open deep connective tissue. Restorative yoga removes all effort through full prop support so the nervous system can completely let go. Both are slow. Both are powerful. But they feel completely different — and knowing which one your body needs on any given day is a genuine gift.
Laura teaches restorative yoga at Grace Tree and has practiced yin for years, making her uniquely suited to guide both in one session.
