It is time for more rest, relaxation, restoration and renewal.
We will cover: What Restorative yoga is, how it is completely different than other styles of yoga, how you can incorporate it into your classes or design sequences to teach full classes. We are in the midst of a stressful and busy society and Restorative yoga can be a big help with calming the nervous system, assisting in the healing process from injuries, relaxing our mind and body and recovering from the stresses of life.
For students who want to dive deeper and learn more about bringing Restorative yoga into your own home or why to practice and how to make your own practice more beneficial ~ this is for you also!
This training will be very comprehensive yet will be expressed at a slow and gentle pace, giving time for applying the knowledge discussed and embodying what it truly means to restore.
