Restorative Retreat

Come rest and relax during an extended restorative practice. The retreat will begin with a soothing guided meditation before we move into our restorative postures. The goal of restorative yoga is to eliminate the sensations of the poses by using supports, enabling a deeper level of relaxation. The instructor will end the practice with Yoga Nidra, allowing students to rest in meditation. This retreat is perfect for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.
