Restorative Retreat

Come rest and relax for an extended restorative practice. The practice will begin with a soothing guided meditation before we move into our restorative postures. We will express 4 poses, giving our bodies time to settle and completely release tension. Multiple supports will be offered to soften any sensations in the body as we rest. The instructor will continue to guide students into a state of deep relaxation throughout the practice while also holding space for reflective silence. This retreat is perfect for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.   

As a bonus, students will receive a disposable warming eye mask to use during practice. Cost $30
