Reiki I Training

Who - Anyone interested in personal development and natural healing, ready to replace fear, worry, anger with increased wellness, peace and compassion in their everyday lives. No previous Reiki experience necessary but a readiness to heal present suffering and know your True Self is.

What - Reiki Level I Certification is all about self-healing — freeing yourself from your attachments, learning simple tools to tune into the present, all while establishing new patterns to help create your most authentic and healthy life moving forward — no matter what is going on around you.

Over the course of Reiki Level I Training, we will explore the foundational elements of the Japanese Reiki system, including the history of Reiki and its founder Usui Mikao. Together we will study traditional Reiki principles, various meditations, and basic hands-on healing techniques (for non-professional use on self, others, and animals.) Students will also receive the four ritual attunement blessings for entrance into the Usui Reiki Ryoho System of Natural Healing.
