About the event

This 4 week series is ideal for beginners or for anyone who is looking for a little extra guidance in their meditation practice. We will cover the purpose of meditation, breath work to help us relax, the best times of day to meditate and the benefits of incorporating a regular meditation practice into your routine. Series participants will also receive bonus content including a meditation recording from the instructor to facilitate their individual practice.
