Joyful Flow

Start your holiday off right and take time for yourself with yoga! Our practice will begin with a gratitude meditation and move into warms up and sequences designed to open the heart space, making room for joy and embracing the playful energy of the season. We will come back down to our mats for a restorative cool down and cultivate deep relaxation during a guided savasana.
