Falling For Yoga Series
In this series, Alicia will provide a weekly movement experience to embrace the beauty of fall. Using warming essential oils and slow grounding movements, students will cultivate that “pumpkin spice” feeling on their mats and embrace the beauty of letting go of what no longer serves their best self.

We all love fall! Lighting scented candles, busting out our scarves, and welcoming “sweater weather” are annual routines that honor the energy of the autumn season. In this series, Alicia will help you bring this energy to your yoga mat, curating a weekly movement experience to embrace the beauty of fall. Using warming essential oils and slow grounding movements, students will cultivate that “pumpkin spice” feeling on their mats and embrace the beauty of letting go what no longer serves their best self. As a bonus, participants will receive a fall recipe guide, a fall based Ayurvedic morning routine to maximize health, and a recording of a restorative bedtime yoga practice.
