For our first month (9/30) we're kicking it all off with 108 Sun Salutations and end with a restful restorative practice.
Each month they will focus on deepening your knowledge about a new skill. Foundations, core, breath work, strength, advanced balance, inversions and more! Watch the calendar and save the date for the first of many pop-up events. Prepare to be emPOWERed!
