LEARN THE BASICS OF AYURVEDA AND PRACTICES OF DINACHARYA
Ayurveda is a system based on strengthening the body, mind, and spirit, allowing the body’s own natural healing mechanisms to work to their fullest potential.
IDENTIFY DOSHA AND IMBALANCES
Identifying your dosha, or unique constitution, is the first step in creating a plan of lifestyle habits, therapies, and practices for health and well-being.
CREATE A PERSONAL DAILY ROUTINE
Dinachayra establishes balance, regulates hormones, aids digestion, boosts confidence and discipline, and promotes peace, happiness, and longevity.
This workshop will introduce the basic principles of Ayurveda and how we can integrate healthy lifestyle choices in our daily lives. Participants will also be provided with recommendations and guidelines about daily routine and lifestyle choices based on Ayurvedic principles, in order to promote exuberant health and happiness.
All dinacharya practices will be explained in a detailed yet approachable way so you can seamlessly incorporate these ancient Ayurvedic rituals into your daily self-care routine. After completion of this workshop, you will feel confident and empowered to initiate healthy habits and make positive changes in your life in a sustainable way.
