A seasonal cleanse is an intentional pause and recalibration in the daily race of life - it is a chance to slow down, become aware of the shifting season around us and how connected we are to the elements. A cleanse is also a time to de-clutter, release habits and foods not serving us any more and rejuvenate our natural healthy rhythms.
Nourish, cleanse, and renew your commitment to good health. Join Jill for a guided 3-week detoxification process, inspired by the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga. Focus will be on gentle cleansing and rejuvenation.
During each session we’ll review the plan for the week ahead so you walk away feeling clear, supported, and empowered. Receive handouts and emails packed with information, recipes, and guidance for the cleanse.
Week 1 Explore
This phase of the cleanse is all about cleaning up your diet and lifestyle to prepare for the active cleanse is phase 2.
Week 2 Rest & Reset
This is the heart of the cleanse. During this time you will be eating a mono-diet of very simple cleansing foods.
Week 3 Integrate
During this phase we continue the Ayurvedic practices as we slowly return to a more diverse diet.

Hi, I’m Jill, a yogi, forever a student, yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Health Specialist and Yoga Teacher Trainer. I work with the time-tested wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga to empower you with greater self-awareness and connection to your true nature.
I believe it’s more important than ever that we use the practices of Ayurveda and Yoga to reconnect with what’s real and meaningful. If we slow down enough and learn to listen, the answers to vibrant health and more empowered living can be found all around us.
