The practice of Ayurveda focuses on prevention and balance and empowers each individual with the tools, knowledge and understanding to take charge of their health and wellbeing. Originating in India, this holistic healing system has evolved for over 5000 years.
Ayurveda recognizes that our mind-body types are different. Therefore, our lifestyle and dietary habits should coincide with our mind-body type for optimal health.
At its root, Ayurveda is a holistic tradition and way of living that can help each of us to claim and celebrate our capacity for wellness.
