Health & Safety Protocols

The health, safety and wellbeing of our students and teachers are of the utmost importance to us.  We continue to assess the necessary steps required as we reopen the studio.   Below are procedures and processes that will be in place upon reopening for in-studio classes. These are in line with CDC and Ohio Department of Health guidelines.  Please contact us if you have any questions. We are here to make your transition back into the studio a safe, positive, and relaxing experience.

  • The studio will be consistently cleaned after each in-studio class and thoroughly during the week.  Studio rooms will be disinfected, including but not limited to floors, door handles, light switches, and restroom facilities.

  • Props (including mats) will not be available at the studio for use; however, students are encouraged to bring their own props to class. If students are interested in purchasing props, please contact">

  • Class sizes will be limited in students to meet social distancing guidelines. Spacing will be marked to allow for social distancing surrounding each student. Additionally, teachers will not be providing hands-on assists or adjustments at this time. There will be no physical contact between students and teachers.

  • Doors and windows in the studio may be open, weather permitting, to allow fresh air to circulate throughout the studio.  Teachers may also choose to offer their class outdoors at their discretion, and students will be notified.

  • Teachers and students are encouraged to wear a mask while in common areas when social distancing is not feasible, in accordance with state-issued guidelines. Masks are not necessary or  required during class.

  • Anyone who is showing flu-like symptoms, including coughing, please refrain from coming into the studio to practice. If anyone is showing symptoms you will kindly be asked to leave immediately.

  • To protect those around you, please follow proper hygiene by diligently washing your hands, using hand sanitizer, coughing/sneezing into your elbow, and all other measures necessary.

In-Studio Classes:

  • Studio class sizes will be reduced to meet the social distancing guidelines.  Class schedules may vary from previous studio and live stream schedules, please be sure to check MindBody for any changes.

  • Registration and payment in advance for studio classes will be required via MindBody. This will allow us to limit contact during check-in and will guarantee your spot for class.  Classes will be limited in size to adhere to social distancing requirements, and we cannot guarantee a spot will be available if you drop in without registering. If you have any issues with registering, please contact us at

  • For in-studio classes, please unregister or notify the studio at least 3 hours before if you are not attending a class so that we can open up your spot to someone else. Since we must limit the class sizes it is important that you show up so that we can pay our teachers for their time and allow another student to attend.  These requirements do not apply to live stream classes.

  • Please self-screen (take temperature, check for symptoms, etc.) before class. Teachers will do so, as well.  If you have a temperature of 99.5 or higher, please stay home.

  • If you are sick or have come into contact with someone that has COVID-19 please stay home.

  • Please wait in your car until 10 minutes prior to class.  Arrive through the main entrance, adhering to social distancing guidelines (6 feet apart) while in the main large lobby.

  • When you arrive at the studio please use the hand sanitizer available in the lobby.  Then go directly into the assigned studio room to avoid congregating in the small lobby.

  • When you arrive your teacher or staff member will sign you in.

  • The studio floors will be marked with tape, so you know where to place your mat to keep students six feet apart from one another, and the teacher.

  • Please bring your own mat and any props you wish to use.  These will not be available at the studio at this time.

  • No hands-on assists or adjustments will be offered during this time.

  • We always enjoy hanging out with you and chatting after class; however, during this time we ask that when class is over, you immediately exit the building. This will provide the teacher time to clean the studio.  Please feel free to catch up with your fellow yogis outside the building.

  • NOTE: Live stream classes will continue to be offered via Zoom in addition to studio classes to give you the flexibility to practice how you want at this time. Be sure to check the schedule carefully to make sure you register for the proper class. All live stream classes are marked in the class name.
